R.O.D. the TV Series - The Turning Point
Three sisters--Michelle, Anita, and Maggie--are paper masters, able to manipulate the form into any shape and function they wish. They run a Hong Kong based detective agency in R.O.D.-THE TV, a spin-off of the popular READ OR DIE. R.O.D. is filled with tongue-in-cheek references to the canon of literature as the girls prove again and again that knowledge is a dangerous thing. In THE TURNING POINT, volume four in the series, the trio must once again rescue their friend Nenene, the famous author, from her enemies. However, their nemesis Mr. Carpenter recognizes the proper time to strike, and puts his plans for world domination into order while the girls are distracted
